About

Created to offer an opportunity for the Red Lodge & surrounding Communities to engage in fundamental skill development, team camp workshops and team building opportunities. These opportunities created, help fund and support the Lady Rams High School Basketball organization and Red Lodge High School.

  • Defensive positioning in both man & zone

  • Learning Offensive & Defensive Plays

  • Mental toughness & preparation

  • Full Court Transition offense & defense
